Adapt supplied 6,000 m² of panel decking for the Battersea project, which had an overall project value of approximately £1 billion.The decking arrangement allowed panels to be removed without relying on the crane. It also avoided trapping panels within the structure behind perimeter tables, supporting the contractor’s preferred construction sequence.The customer reported that the project finished ahead of programme and credited the panel decking system as a significant contributor. This project demonstrates Adapt’s capacity to supply slab formwork equipment at scale.

Adapt supplied 2,000 m² of panel decking for St James Way, a project with an overall value of £30 million. The decking system offered a lightweight solution for slab construction on a programme with demanding timescales. Customer feedback highlighted the system’s adaptability, with fewer infill areas and fewer props beneath the structure.This helped the site team organise the work around the demands of the concrete frame programme.

Adapt supplied formwork equipment for the Canada Water project, which had an overall value of £100 million. The arrangement combined table trolleys on C hooks with core formwork incorporating stripping corners.The table handling arrangement helped minimise assembly time. The core stripping corners could be released using the crane or levers, allowing the formwork to be struck quickly for the next stage of construction.

Adapt supplied formwork equipment for the concrete frame at Merrion Street, Leeds, from start to finish. The £140 million project reached 45 storeys and showcased the use of modern formwork systems in high rise construction.The customer subsequently worked with Adapt on further projects, including hydraulic climbing cores and windscreens at Water Lane in Leeds, followed by a 38 storey tower at 1 Medlock Street in Manchester city centre. These repeat projects demonstrate Adapt’s experience in supplying formwork equipment for tall concrete frames across Leeds and Manchester.

For this £80 million project in Mayfair,London, Adapt supplied a combination of panel formwork, traditional formwork and hydraulic climbing brackets.The formwork arrangement addressed the project’s requirements for grading, a double plywood arrangement and the tie pattern.
