Case Study Llwynn Onn WWTW

This project covers 5 water treatment tanks, 100 metres long by 50 metres wide, 5 metres high. Each tank had several complex baffle walls and suspended channels incorporated into it.

The customer chose to purchase for the project in order to meet their on going needs. The 2.7 x 2.4 ORMA panel size were the panel of choice due to their size and versatility. The panels can also be used side on to achieve a 2.4 height. ENKOFLEX horizontal formwork has also been purhchased for the project.

This building on the prestigious Llwyn Onn Waste Water scheme had slabs coming through half way up the wall. No joints were allowed so the design had to incorporate 42 corner pieces and a wide range of panel widths.
